Where nature and worldly comfort unite in bliss
From the moment you drive into the Borealis community, you begin to relax. The championship Le Diable golf course, with its glistening pond, on your left invites you to take a breath, and the trees on the right… they whisper, Exhale, you’ve arrived.

Situated along a crescent moon-shaped street, the homes in the community have a distinctly farmhouse style on the exterior, with burgundy and vanilla-coloured trim or Provence blue and yellow. The interiors, however, are another matter altogether as they are fitted with all the modern amenities you’d expect from a world-class resort.

193, allée Borealis
Just across the way from our home at 214, allée Borealis, this luxuriously decorated townhouse at 193, allée Borealis has four comfortably furnished bedrooms and a fully furnished patio overlooking the spectacular common area swimming pool.

Before proceeding up the stairs on your right, walk through the open living area:  on your left, a ceramic-floor kitchen with top quality stainless steel appliances, a practical island and bar stools; in the centre, take in the living room’s half-moon shaped and extremely comfortable leather sofa which is perfectly positioned to view the full HD LCD Samsung television just above the wood-burning fireplace; and on the right, a dining room table that seats eight, very comfortably. Both living and dining areas have beautiful wooden floors whose colour is echoed in the furniture and decorative touches.

Although identical in layout as 214, allée Borealis, this home nonetheless has the distinction of a decorated and furnished basement floor, complete with a full bathroom, a spacious bedroom, a surround sound system and Sony television in the small living room that also boasts a futon-couch. And just in case you don’t get enough exercise on the greens or on the hills, we have provided a Bowflex tread climber to get you in shape!
