From the moment you drive into the Borealis community, you begin to relax. The championship Le Diable golf course, with its glistening pond, on your left invites you to take a breath, and the trees on the right… they whisper, Exhale, you’ve arrived.
Situated along a crescent moon-shaped street, the homes in the community have a distinctly farmhouse style on the exterior, with burgundy and vanilla-coloured trim or Provence blue and yellow. The interiors, however, are another matter altogether as they are fitted with all the modern amenities you’d expect from a world-class resort.

This beautiful and luxurious designer-decorated townhouse with three comfortably furnished bedrooms has a fully furnished patio overlooking the Par 4 Hole #7 fairway.
Step onto the front porch of weathered wooden planks and colours of Provence into a contemporary home filled with the soft light that streams in through the patio doors and textures that speak of comfort.
Before proceeding up the stairs on your right, walk through the open living area: on your left, a ceramic-floor kitchen with top quality stainless steel appliances, a practical island and bar stools; in the centre, take in the living room’s surround sound system and Sony Bravia television, the collection of DVDs, and the wood-burning fireplace for those cozy winter nights; and on the right, a dining room table that seats eight, very comfortably, on leather-upholstered chairs. Both living and dining areas have beautiful wooden floors whose colour is echoed in the furniture and decorative touches. Want to sit back and read? Curl up into one of two leather club chairs in the living area.
From the living room, you can step onto the patio where top of the line outdoor rattan furniture, a BBQ and a view to mesmerize await you. As the patio overlooks the golf course, you can easily plan your next game, or plan your next stay!
Before you make your way up the stairs, stop and notice the wood pile in the garage, the conveniently located powder room and the spacious front closet.
The stairs are covered in a soft and plush berbere carpet that extends throughout the second floor. From the landing, you can feel the sun’s ray’s on your back, as they pierce through the tall window behind you. The first bedroom is on your left and is roomy and well decorated, with an ensuite bathroom. A handy laundry area separates the front bedroom from the two bedrooms beyond; one has two single beds and the other, another queen-sized bed. Both rooms have colour co-ordinated linens and lovely furniture that will make your stay all the more enjoyable.
